The grant was used to install acoustic panelling in the salon’s ceiling, significantly enhancing the customer experience, particularly for clients with specific accessibility needs.
The Challenge
Before the installation of the acoustic panelling, the salon’s environment was challenging for some clients, particularly those with hearing impairments, dementia, or autism spectrum disorder. The noise levels and echoes in the salon made it difficult for clients to communicate with their stylists and fully enjoy their salon experience.
