Deloitte has been engaged by the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions to evaluate the capability levels of regional tourism businesses. To inform the analysis, they are conducting a survey of regional tourism businesses in Victoria to better understand business capabilities across a wide range of areas, including customer experience and strategy, visitor servicing, partnerships and risk/crisis management.
