The Victorian Small Business Commission has released an updated Retail Leases Information Brochure for Tenants, which you should receive at the start of any new lease negotiations.
From 1 July 2026, landlords are required to provide this brochure to prospective tenants for all new retail lease negotiations under the Retail Leases Act 2003.
