On Tuesday 9 June 2026, the reimagined FMP Careers & Pathways Expo, delivered by the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula Local Learning and Employment Network (FMPLLEN) will bring together local employers to connect directly with students from Years 9–12 (including VCE, VCE-VM and VPC) to explore real-world career opportunities
Held at the New Peninsula Centre in Mount Martha, the Expo runs from 9:30am–1:30pm and is designed to help students understand the pathways available to them – including jobs, training, apprenticeships and further education.
For local businesses, exhibiting isn’t just about being seen – it’s a practical way to build your future workforce pipeline and promote real opportunities that young people sometimes don’t realise exist.

This year’s Expo features a refreshed format to support meaningful engagement, including one-hour school rotations, industry-themed zones and an activity booklet that encourages students to visit multiple stands.

The Expo is targeted at students in Years 9–12 who are making decisions about subjects, training pathways and employment options, as well as teachers and careers advisors who influence those decisions.
